I have a w o r x 56 volt two batteries have had it over a decade this thing is much much better than it's the Walt I'm disappointed plastic tips and extensions fit sloppy clips cheap they really went downhill with this thing it took apart my works that was fun found a broken wire soldered the wires it works again I guess I'll just keep it to dry my car off and I still use my works for leaves well at least I have the 12 amp battery for my chainsaw lol

Love it! Only one thing that I have a problem with is the battery life. Wish it came with two batteries, other then that, this blower is well worth the money paid!

Stock up on batteries. If you the money to invest for the batteries it's worth it.Quiet, no gas fumes powerful. The air velocity is managed with the trigger and three different levels of power choose from. Battery drain is log rhythmically reduced go from stage 1 to 2 the 3.I have found that the lower levels moved the leaves with great control and accuracy. I recommend 3 bats: DeWalt FLEXVOLT 12Ah Battery. You will have to change bats once forost jobs. Buying three allows rotation and increases the lifespan for the batteries. The blower is a very good blower. (Not as strong as the backpack gas models) But clean without fumes.

The snow and ice finally melted away in my region giving me an opportunity to use my Dewalt blower for the first time. This puppy really packs a punch wiping away a month's worth of watered down, matted seed from the bird feeder. Did well behind crevaces and hard-to-access spots. Even blew out the 'hidden' empty soda cans my children were hiding. "Gotcha! My little dearies." Only one point to keep in mind. The blower is compact. As such the air intake pulled at my loose cargo pants a few times. Overall, this was a sound investment for me.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

So I have struggled a bit with this review because it is battery operated and you wouldn’t want to use this if you had a lot of property. It comes with a 12 amp battery and if you use this on the highest setting, you might get 11 to 15 minutes continuous. I like the blower, I was tired of putting gas in mine all the time. I have a small yard so it’s great for blowing the leaves and after mowing the lawn cleaning things up. I actually find that I often need setting and the trigger is also variable speed. It’s handy having the Battery charge right there on the handle, I do notice that it often shows a little bit less battery left than the actual battery itself. The other thing I like is that I don’t have to wear headset anymore because it’s not loud enough to require that. I can also find other uses for this as when I wash the car. I blow off the water and it makes it a lot easier to dry the car. I have a lot of Dewalt tools, so I’m not going to change a battery platform for a blower. It comes with a cone nozzle that is basically gives you even more airflow, but I almost wonder if it doesn’t drain the battery faster. It’s hard to say, but it does create a lot of back pressure so I almost think you’re better off without it. That said with the cone on you, you can put it on the lowest setting and move stuff around well.I think women would find this very heavy. It comes with his shoulder strap which you can put on. I don’t need that but if you’re very older, you’re female you might find this a bit heavy.

works like a champ. Yes, as other reviews have stated, the duration of the battery is much less than a gas powered device, but I find I really don't need the higher power to accomplish sweeping off the porch, roof, etc. and because of the variable speed control, have much better control of the sweeping action, particularly in corners, and stairs, where with a gas powered blower I could never gas the velocity low enough to gently move the debris. With the 9 Ah battery, this lasted about 45 min. on a full charge. With 2 batteries, I could work for several hours. The lanyard helps reduce the back strain, but it takes a bit of play to get it right, and I have found that if I don't have the lanyard over my shoulder, it tends to get sucked against the intake, which is annoying. I have only used the straight cone shaped nozzle, and there are occasions, where a bent nozzle would be easier/better to sweep with.

This blower has 3 power settings. The lowest setting moved large amounts of leaves easily. The highest setting moves leaves as well as if not better then a backpack gas blower. Has a nice balance to it making it easy to handle and is VERY quiet. This is a great blower!
