We tried the bulbs first that go on at night. They did not last long so got these. Perfect for on the front porch so we have lights on to enter the house.

Installed this and at first it flashed on and off, but then settled in perfectly. Reached out to manufacturer/seller for help and they were also immediately responsive and helpful. Solid product and very-well priced.

Would like to see the housing a little bit shorter, but I know that can't happen with the length of each bulb base being what it is overall a good product and would recommend for someone looking for a automatic on off solution for outdoor lighting, put them in last night and the lights stayed on woke up this morning during daylight and they're off

I purchased this at the end of May and installed it for our front door. A little more than a month later, after the return was possible, the sensor and socket stopped working. Of course in the first days it would have gotten good ratings…it’s easy to install…just need to screw it into place like a light bulb…but the point is a product like this should last YEARS. I’m so disappointed in cheap crappy products. I thought with ratings this high it would be solid… seems like lies…

The depth of it does not allow me to use a bulb in my front door light with cover attached. Using one on my side door without cover attached and works well for the rope light I have attached.

These sensors work great. They automatically turn my outside garage lights on and off - off during the day and on at night. I don't have to remember to flip the light switch. The sensors do it for me.And they are very easy to install. You just insert them between the light fixture and the light bulb. Viola! Automatic on and off.They're also very reasonably priced. They come in white and black, so make sure you get the right color to match your light fixtures.Highly recommended!
