I set these up with esphome in home assistant yesterday and they seem to be working well, I'll update this if I run into any issues long term. The only problem that I had was finding the right settings for them, there is very little documentation and the page on esphome's site leaves off the i2c setting needed to get it working (see photo for settings needed)These seem to read closer to the proper temperature then my old dht 22 sensors. I think that the dht 22 sensors that I have need to be calibrated to be accurate, while these seem to be calibrated pretty well from the factory. They seem like really good accurate sensors so far and for a very reasonable price $6 for 3 when I bought them, much cheaper then dht 22 sensors.

Does not work. I2C is recognized but the device outputs no data.
