  • Replaces Part #0444 DC0444: A perfect replacement for your existing fan switch, ensuring a quick and easy installation. Includes all necessary wiring and hardware, making it a hassle-free upgrade for most vehicles.
  • Dual Fan Control: Designed to regulate two electric fans, giving you more cooling power for high-performance vehicles, off-road rigs, and trucks. It can run 1 or two fans, the second fan (if applicable) will start 10 seconds after Fan #1 runs.
  • Adjustable Temperature Range: Set the temperature at which your fan(s) will activate or deactivate, ensuring the engine doesn’t overheat and runs at peak efficiency. It senses air temperature as it passes through the radiator and has an adjustable temperature range of 40ºC to 110ºC (104ºF to 230ºF).
  • 12V/24V Compatibility: Works seamlessly with both 12V and 24V electrical systems, making it ideal for cars, trucks, ATVs, and other vehicles. (For 24V, relays need to be changed, not supplied in kit)
  • Thermatic Fan Switch: The digital thermatic switch automatically adjusts fan operation based on your engine’s temperature, providing reliable and consistent cooling. The fans will operate until the air temperature is reduced by 1 degrees (C) from the set temperature.

- Precision Temperature Control: Keeps your engine within the ideal operating temperature, preventing overheating and potential damage.

- Improved Engine Performance: By keeping the engine cool, it enhances fuel efficiency and extends the lifespan of critical components.

- Durable and Reliable: Built to last, with a digital controller for accurate, long-lasting performance compared to older mechanical switches.

- Simple Installation: Includes all necessary wiring and hardware, making it a hassle-free upgrade for most vehicles.

- Versatile Application: Perfect for cars, trucks, motorcycles, off-road vehicles, and more.

Played around with this some and have some more details to fill in.The relays do have the 10 second delay between fan 1 and fan 2 starting up. But the are also staggered on shut down, but only about 1 second. Nice touch. The switch from C to F is easy enough, follow instructions. Long press until it changes.Short press will change it to programming, where it can be tapped up 1°F steps or hold for fast scroll.Normal operation the LED display will show current temperature. There is a 10°F hysteresis for the fans to turn off. That is if you set to 150 on, they turn off at 140.The A/C wire is 12V+ and over-rides the temp setting. Keeps the delays for second fan start and stop. Some things to watch for. The temp sensor has a fine 4-pin connector. I'm not sure you could cut and extend this very well. It claims water resistant and can mount under the hood. Relays appear to be standard, don't see waterproof. That is the cover that you see and act as a bucket if mounted relay down. This will hold water in the relay and kill it. It also looks like there is a chance moisture could get down the relay terminals. The potting is well done, but I suggest keeping it protected from the elements and spray. One last thing, being the temps probe is looking at air temp against the radiator, not water temp leaving the engine that your gauge is reading, there will be a difference in temps. What I have found is to mount at the lower radiator hose, the coldest part of the radiator. Now set the temp lower, what the water leaving the radiator will be (not what it enters from the engine). Something like150 on (which will be 140 off). This will let the engine get warmed up and the radiator will function at speeds without the need for the fan. But sitting still, no airflow, the water will start passing through the radiator without cooling down. This is when the fan will come on. Cool the radiator, so the cool water can cool the engine. Found this works really well, minimal fan usage, only when there is a need for forced airflow through the radiator. and keeps the water temp from spiking before the fan kicks on (when trying to watch engine temp to control cooling fan)

Perfect quick PERMANENT fix for LS retrofits. I used this on a LS swap into a humvee, took no time to install and it works brilliantly. For the price it is a no brainer, just get it.
