Proper fit for 6Y5 speedometer exact replacement part. I bought one from a different supplier same part number same description but not even close. Sent it back saw this one on Amazon took a chance and HAPPY I DID. Now my gauge looks brand new. I will keep this company in my wish list because my tachometer is starting to fade. Buy with confidence this is the right part.

The unit works as advertised however installation would have been greatly facilitated had it been accompanied by some basic instructions. Considerable on-line searching was required in order to find out how to remove the old unit, open it and install the new LCD screen. Was not certain process had been done correctly until it had been reinstalled in the boat.
