This was the 5th half scale piece I've put together and it was really fun and less tedious then some of the others.

Got everything but the glue needed for this miniature, though luckily I had some spare glue from previous miniatures to substitute for that! Other than that, all the other pieces listed were included and I am excited to see how long this one will take me to complete.

Nothing was labeled correctly and pieces were missing. I wish I would have opened earlier so I could return. Now it’s just a waste of Money.

This a such a fun kit! I loved building it. The quality of the material is solid and the pieces fit tightly together. The instructions are generally very clear with a few typos, but you should be able to figure those out as each section starts with the materials you would need to complete it. I enjoyed sanding the wood, applying glue to pasting the papers to wood. However, if those are not your thing, you might want a different set. There are a few tricky parts that require some maneuvering (the electrical wiring and the roofing), other than that, it only requires patience to work with small pieces. I’m taking one star off as some parts are broken (a seashell, which I replaced with a few more books; a light bulb, which I decided to let it be as it’s on the peripheral (on top of the bookshelf, you can see on the 2nd pic). There were some leftover pieces which I could customize for a bit more or use in another project (2nd to last pic). One thing I wish the kit would have been better is the mini cat, it’s way too ugly that I decided not to use it. I might find something else for that spot. But overall this is a good kit!

Great project! Got this as a gift for my wife and she was able to put it together in about 10 hours. The wiring for the lights is a bit difficult, you need to strip the wires for the battery pack yourself, and the instructions only tell you to put the shrink wrap tubing on the exposed wires but you can heat it with a lighter or hair dryer to keep it on the wires, which I highly recommend.Good quality and this was a lot of fun for my wife and I also enjoyed watching her put it together. The intricacies are really cool and make the house very neat to look at!

This kit is big disappointment. Instructions are poor and photos dark so hard to follow. MANY pieces received stuck firmly together and unable to be separated. Those that could be pried apart were then damaged. A few pieces of furniture survived but most, like couch and a bookcase were of very poor design unlike anything I ve seen from kits of other companiesFabric also is shoddy. Do not buy. Worst kit ever- I actually discarded the whole kit due to quality of materials.
