This is a great case, especially for the money. Please install properly! There is a thin removable film on EACH side of the clear cover that goes over the glass of your HD Max tablet. Clean your glass thoroughly, work in a clean environment, and remove BOTH films before inserting tablet into base. It's a little tricky, but much worth the effort!

This case doesn't slide around. It lets you touch the screen without the pad slipping. Good screen protecrion.

This case is really really nice. Bought it to protect the 11 max for our son who is a nightmare on electronics. He’s broken every single kindle he’s ever had. He’s dropped his new one at least 5 times already and not one scratch. The case is easy to clean, and really durable.

The case is nice and thin and very easy to hold with one hand when reading. The only issue I have is that the kickstand is plastic and sometimes pops out. The rest of the case is made very well but the stand seems like it might break one day. In the back I think it's supposed to have two pins, but mine only has one. Maybe that's why it keeps popping out when I open the stand. The case is made very well, the edges are hard rubber and the back plastic. It is a custom fit with access to the power button, volume controls, and the charging port. The case looks like something made by Body Glove, but it's not. For the price it works well, but if you use the device to watch a lot of movies, where the device is used more horizontally, you might want to look for a case with a sturdier stand.

This is exactly the same design as the Fintie Case for Amazon Fire Max 11 but far better executed. The screen protector fits snugly which doesn't distort the image or interfere with the touch screen like the Fintie version (which to be fair has a bit nicer color combinations but is otherwise inferior in every way). I can't speak to how sturdy it is for certain as I just bought it, but it looks and feels substantial without being overly bulky. If you want a minimalist, rugged case this is a great choice.
