The brackets were as described and worked great! I had to make a unit out of 2x4s to attach the brackets to as I have ikea cabinets. Attaching it was simple enough and then my solid surface counters were installed! Very heavy high quality brackets that look seamless in my kitchen.

These are excellent. It was nice that mine came with black screws instead of the pictured silver as well. It was even packaged in a custom sized block of packing foam.

Very solid, heavy bracket and it worked perfectly to support the breakfast bar on our countertop. The installer recommended 2 for our new quartz countertop and our contractor was very impressed with the quality. It makes us feel good that it is now safe for our guests to lean on.

Just installed them to support the 12" overhang on our new countertop and they fit perfectly and are very sturdy.

They're solid, heavy, and look nice. they have a low profile but still visible. if your goal is to have large decorative corbels or brackets these may not be a good choice. Other reviews had mentioned issues with being "square". I did have some very slight variations (prob 88-89deg if I had to guess) but this was easily solved by placing a small washer on the back side of the lowest screw hole and that counter levered the bracket enough to create a snug fit. Another trick if you are installing these after the countertop is already in place is to install the top screw first and at a slight upward angle. This will pull the bracket tight against the underside of the counter. Finally, they come with screws that recess nicely into the holes or you can get wide flange ones from a big box store that settle on top of the hole for a more rustic look.4 stars due to slight variations in product being square and finish will chip easily so be careful. Otherwise theyre great and I would buy them again

What a great find and a great product! I wanted a low-profile angle bracket to support a stone bar-height countertop that would cantilever out 12" off the wall. I thought I was going to have to get this custom-fabricated, but then I found this! It's perfect. Super sturdy. Great construction. Precisely 90 degrees, which isn't easy if it's welded due to heat distortion. Great powder-coat finish. Nicely packaged. After installation, I sheeted the wall with plywood to bury the vertical legs of the bracket, and then drywall over that. What's left is a herky support sneaking out just under the stone. No one will see it or hit their knees on it.The kit Included good instructions, the lag screws (and an extra screw, just in case! Thank you!) and the #3 phillips bit which you need to use. You need a partner to help you position the bracket. Align the bracket left to right on the stud and up & down based on the back edge of the bracket. Mark the centers of the top & bottom holes with a ball-point pen. Drill a 3/16" pilot holes, and drive the lag screws - and THEN drill the center hole. It's hard to get all three to line up perfectly if you try to pre-drill all three. Tighten the top screw only. Shim the bottom end to get the front of the bracket level with the back, then dog-down (tighten) the other two screws. Re-check just to be sure. Once you have three brackets installed, it's better to line with them than the supporting wall, because your stone is planar. Now that I have these installed and feel them, I could have gone with every other stud = 32" on-center.

Great product. The are very rigid with an industrial grad feel. They came with the heavy duty screws and the #3 Phillips bit needed for the screws.I bought this product to support an 18" granite counter top that sits on a raised bar of the kitchen island. The granite is supported 7" by the island wall leaving 11" of overhang. The original installation used large wooden angle brackets that did not look good and were constantly in the way when sitting at the counter. This product worked perfectly. I cut the dry wall with an oscillating multi tool and recessed the hangers directly against the framing lumber. The directions in the box were informative, they recommend using an adhesive between the bracket and granite, it listed the size pilot hole to drill and recommended lubricating the screws ( I used soap).I am going to put ship lap horizontally under the over hang over drywall hiding the brackets. I will post a picture when the project is complete.I would definitely buy from FinkLLC again.

I purchased these to support a 12" overhang on a granite counter top in my kitchen. They aren't fancy/pretty, but they look good and definitely do the job just fine. Heavy duty and the screws/bolts go in flush as long as they aren't rolled in at an angle. These secure to the outside of the cabinet, as opposed to the variety that sit inside the cabinet and require a small cutout at the top to extend into the extension. The bolts were long, over 2", so you may need to add framework for them to grip on the back side/interior of the cabinet. In hindsight, I probably could have simply cut them shorter after installation but I didn't want to lose any potential support given the weight of the granite.
