They're incredibly sturdy and well-made, with a 1000LB capacity that gives me total peace of mind when my kids (and even I!) are swinging on them. The adjustable ropes are fantastic, allowing us to customize the height for different ages and skill levels. Setting up the rings was surprisingly easy, and they've transformed our backyard into a mini ninja warrior course. My kids are having a blast building their strength and coordination, and they're spending way more time outdoors. The blue color is vibrant and fun, and the rings themselves are comfortable to grip. These rings are a fantastic addition to any backyard play set. Five stars for their durability, adjustability, and overall fun factor!

These rings are very sturdy and the rings themselves have a full metal ring inside of the plastic.My only complaint with these is that even at their shortest length, they are still very long, and there is not a way to shorten them any further.

Got this to give my 3yo something fun to do in our home gym. We attached it to our rig with ease and he enjoys swinging around like a monkey. They are easy to grip and I like that I can also adjust and use them myself. Great addition to any home gym.

I'll be honest, I don't have the best home gym setup. I only have a squat rack by which to hang things like this - in my opinion this really needs some high beams that can support 1000+ lbs of weight. I probably could go through the trouble of installing something in my ceiling to hold these ropes, but I'm honestly just your average gymbro and not really familiar with this kind of thing. So, squat rack it is.That being said, if you're training and you need olympic rings at home, by all means, this is a killer item for this price. The straps are high quality, colorful and look fantastic.

Allows for versatile and dynamic workouts. I much prefer these plastic rings to the wooden ones I owned earlier, which were eventually destroyed by humidity damage - these plastic ones should endure better!

I was excited to try these rings for calisthenics, but it turns out they were designed by someone who seemingly never used or even seen gymnastic rings before. If you look up ring setups on YouTube, the first 20 videos will all show the same standard method—but that’s not how these rings work.The rings themselves feel solid, and the straps are strong, but the design is flawed. The only way I could get them to attach properly was by cutting the loop attached to the ring and feeding it back through the buckle. Even then, passing the strap through the buckle was a struggle—when opened as wide as possible, it’s just slightly too narrow, making it unnecessarily difficult to set up.Because of this poor design choice, I can’t recommend this product. It’s a shame since the quality isn’t bad, and the price is reasonable, but the functionality is fundamentally flawed.

The quality of the ring set is excellent. The rings are sturdy and the straps are clearly quite strong.The straps are adjustable but only to a point, and that point is way too long for the room that I got these for. It's quite confusing, actually, because I don't understand where/how someone might use rings that hang a minimum of 7 feet from the ceiling. My ceiling is 10 ft high, which puts the rings at 3 feet off the ground. Huh? In one picture, a guy is using them low to the ground in a sort of "push up" type move, so I can see how that works. But in another picture, a guy is hanging with his arms extended. Not sure how that could work unless the guy is one foot tall or if the straps are attached to a 13+-foot ceiling, which isn't very common in a home setting at all. Maybe these were designed for professional gym use? I'm not sure, but it's disappointing because I thought these rings would be super useful, but at that length they are not.

The straps are very long. I had to wrap it around my system until i got the right height. But this specially perfect for gyms with tall ceilings or hanging them from trees. The grip was very comfortable, the straps are very strong. Supported me (230 lbs) with ease.
