The same company makes different adaptors so I switched that out so that my punching bag can be higher up but man I am so happy I found this. Install was super easy, it feels really secure, love the swiveling option, and just love that this company provides many different options and adapters in its line. Highly recommend!

Bought 3, one for the heavy bag and two for gymnastic rings. Worked great for both applications, by clamping onto the I-beams. The set screws were critical in both applications to keep the fixture from sliding.

I needed a away to hang a childs tent swing in my basement and this worked great. I added a heavy spring to reduce shock and I check the fasteners regularly. After a month of use, it is holding up well. I added just a little oil on the swivel to reduce some sweakiness in the beginning.
