Bought so my 4 yo could be a flamingo for Halloween -- it fit well! A tad big, but not falling over her eyes. It also fit on my head. It's a cute hat! Not super warm, but good for fall and a fun look.

love this hat. my son will not take it off. it has survived many washes already through the machine. it is made well. my main concern is the beak hanging slightly over between his eyes, but this does not seem to bother him at all.

I know this review is long but take a second to read it.If you have a fat head or lots of hair this hat is not for you.This Flamingo Hat is extremely cute and nicely made. However, it is NOT stretchy in any way shape or form. It's basically a stuffed animal with no fill and room for your head instead.Unfortunately the description isn't terribly helpful by saying it's an 8 inch circumference and very strechy. Be mindful that 8 inches is the size of an infant head. This hat measures well past that thank goodness!It's plenty big and roomy for my 7 year old daughter who's head measures 18" around the forehead and more fitted on my 11 year old son. It would never fit on my adult sized head without forcing, then damaging it. Even though the description and the seller would like you to believe differently.❤️Having said all that I would like to reiterate that this flamingo hat truly is adorable and really very nicely constructed. ❤️My daughter loves it and that was my main goal. Getting an early start on Hallowen costumes in our house and it will last several years to keep her warm in winter.I'm glad I took a chance on it despite the description.

We bought this for my toddler's Halloween costume. It stayed on nicely and the 'nose' stayed where it belonged even though the hat was big enough that even I can wear it comfortably. It was a nice touch to her costume and added a little layer of warmth for those of us celebrating Halloween in the north.This hat is soft and my daughter loves it. We will continue using it for play/dressup, and I am betting she'll want to wear it this winter too.
