Three of the four top cover screws on the lid were broke at the corners when I unpacked it The rest of the unit looks okay but I haven't hooked it up yet

Not user friendly, very hard to install, sold in separate parts, it's not a kit, you need to browse the internet or hire somebody to install this complicated, Incomplete unit.
