Very easy install with the prewired option. The twist grip sensor instructions that came with the bars made the install super easy. I put them on my 2016 street glide special. I would suggest while you're in there that you change the riser bushings to polyurethane bushings. I also changed my upper riser clamp out with the gorilla grip upper riser clamp made by Hill Country Customs which has 3 set screws on the top of the clamp. There is zero back and forth play in the bars. Another thing that I will mention is that I used the existing stock brake and hydraulic clutch lines with plenty of room and play. All you have to do is cut a few zip ties behind the fairing. Hopefully this answers some questions for those on the fence about these bars. This was also my first bar install.

I am a tech guy not a mechanic so I was a little intimidated with doing this install myself, turns out if you follow the directions it is pretty straight forward. Installed my bars in between meetings while working from home. Followed a couple of videos on youtube, purchased Hill Country Customs Gorilla Grabber Handlebar Riser Top Clamp based on recommendations, throttle by wire was easy to pull thru with the directions and extra stuff sent from Dominators. I would recommend getting a Ignition Switch Housing Motorcycle Alignment Tool as the hardest thing i did all day was getting the ignition switch put back in. Bars look great, feel great and make the ride great.

Purchased the 14” prewired Dominator MeatHooks for my 2015 Street Glide. Shipping took about 2 1/2 weeks. I did not get the 100% & play, so the only wire I had to run was the throttle by wire, but thankfully Dominator included a pre-run metal pull wire so all I had to do was attach my throttle wire to the pre-run metal wire, apply some Vaseline, and was able to pull my throttle wire through in about 5 minutes. The caveat though is the connectors on the throttle by wire are too big to pass through the bars, so you are forced to “de-pin” the connectors, which wasn’t difficult after researching how. But I wish I had spent the extra $100 for the 100% plug and play version.Overall the wiring wasn’t half as bad as I expected, the bars look and feel great, and I’m happy they added the pull cable to make it easier. I did use 100% factory clutch and brake cables without extensions, I just followed a YT video by Factory 47 and they walked me through how to reroute those cables, which was pretty simple and I highly recommend. The entire job took me about 8 hours, going slow since it was the first time I ever tore my bike apart.

Great value and high quality bars. Definitely a morecomfortable ride and overall great look.Install was straight forward. I used Teflon tape around the throttle cable instead of spraying any type of lubricant down the bars. Made it very easy to guide the wires around the bend.

Solid bars. Internal wiring is good. But when you need to install your throttle by wire its a pain. Had to remove right side internal wiring just to route the throttle by wire. And even then the angles at the hook point was ridiculous. They definitely should offer prewired with throttle by wire for the price. For it being an off brand company. Most bar companies are $400 for just the bars and even more for internal wiring. When it was all installed and I was ready to turn on the bike the headlight and tail light turned on but not the radio, the gauges, nor the fuel pump. Had to remove front face of fairing and unplug the wires turn on ignition then plug the wires back in to reset the system. Then of course I had alot of trouble codes. So I checked and cleared them via my installed tuner Vance and Hines FP3 tuner. After that it was good to go. The ergonomic grips take some getting use to. Definitely makes you sit up straight vs at a relaxed slouch. The paint quality is nice. And everything lined up as it should.
