Love the bag but the creases/folds won't come out! I tried heat and packed it with towels to get the folds out but did not work. Going to call Dooney and return the bag. The bag is beautiful but do not want one that has all these folds.

Love the purse. It's beautiful. The length is fantastic. However I think it is a little too big to be a cross bag but can still be used as a cross bag
