Much better functionality and, to me, appearance than the original Squire Bullet tuners. Direct drop in replacement as well. So far so good…

Much smoother and precise than I expected for the price.

I got these tuning pegs because I like to build CGB-type instruments. The gold color of these look really nice and the pegs turn smoothly and easily, not stiff like some others I've tried. Very nice tuning pegs overall.

These tuning machines have a smooth action and the machining seems fine. The last guitar I replaced the tuning machines on, I used Gotohs. They were seven times more expensive though. For the price these are perfectly respectable tuning machines and I will be using them on one of the guitars that I repair and donate to our local rock camp.

I put these on a diy lap steel guitar that I built and they work great! Nothing too fancy, but they were easy to install and they hold tuning well.

I learned something today. I thought all 2-pin tuning machines were the same, but as the description states, these will not fit US or Player Series Fender guitars, only Squier and other import brands. According to the internet, this is a Cort standard with different spacing than Fender. These fit fine on my Squier strat, but I'm surprised at the mention of Ibanez and Yamaha. None of my guitars from those brand use 2-pin tuners, but if you have a guitar that does, presumably these would fit.The finish on these is very nice and consistent, and the tuners feel very solid with no noticeable slack or slippage.

These tuners are not high level by any means and are a budget brand, but for the money they are solid quality. The gold coloring is nice and has a solid finish. Tuning stability is good and they fit into analogue applications easily, just make sure they are same style for easy install. The gear ratio is good and they turn smoothly. Another solid dopro product 👍

These arrived well packaged. These are almost exact replacements for lower end Squier Tuning machines. i pulled one of the tuners out of a Squier Bullet Mustang and you can see the comparison in the photo. The top one is the original Squier and the bottom one is the Dopro. The post height measures exactly the same. The knob is very close to identical. And the gasket at the base of the knob is just a little thinner on the Dopro. But the Dopro dropped in perfectly, works smoothly and held tune well. If you have a damaged tuner on a Squier with this two-pin mechanism, these tuners would be a fine, low cost replacement. I have had the gasket crack on some of the Squiers and having these in reserve is comforting. And for around eighteen dollars this is a reasonable value for money.
