At first i could not get the unit to actuate; it ended up the transfer case Hi module actuator was not timed correctly. I removed the unit and moved the internal rotor mechanism a cog or two to the right, reinstalled, and upon restarting the truck, voila...i was able to switch into 4x4 with no flashing lights and fully engaged.
