The part came, it fits! But the pre drilled n threaded holes to attach the fan with the 4 bolts, it came with the wrong thread pitch and they do not provide bolts. SO I made my original bolts fit until I can make other arrangements. I was not in a position to find the pitch size and go buy new bolts.

Clutch fan was staying on when installed, thought maybe it needed a couple cycles to loosen up some but now it maybe has 100mi or a little more and is locked up just like the one it replaced. So 170$ for a item that doesn’t work.

So let me first state, this item comes with a lifetime warranty from Dorman (see photo attached-notice web address), which, is screen shot from Amazon’s Dorman page, states in the event of failure, you shall return to the retailer with your receipt, however, Amazon will not refund or replace, as they state their return policy is 30 days.Next, if you call or email Dorman, you will sit on hold until you succumb to their “leave a voicemail and we will call you back automatic callback service…this was 5 days ago. Or, send them an email, which will never be returned, or, message them through their website, which also will never be replied to.So, if you buy this, when it fails, which it will (fortunately mine was not in spectacular fashion like the other fellow who had it send his fan through his radiator-mine locked into the engaged position after refusing to engage, causing overheating), you’re up Schitt’s Creek. The rep first offered to return it if I paid a $17.50 restocking fee, which I refused…this isn’t an I changed my mind deal. Her supervisor, Henry, refused any replacement or refund, stating policy is 30 days, and rescinding her offer. He stopped responding to my chat and ended the chat. I guess he ran out of script from the prompter.I have bought Dorman for many years, but Dorman, you can suck it. Your customer service skills are non-existent, you used to be a good company, however, now it appears all you sell is relabeled, lowest-bid Chinese crap. And Amazon, if you can’t figure out how to honor warranties, then I will take my money elsewhere.Reason #1 to continue to support your local expensive brick & mortar auto parts store. You need to do some serious training with many of your reps.

Day after putting part on it broke apart - cracked my radiator, fan and shroud in the process. They will only refund my money for the part + $50..If you’re looking to buy vehicle parts just go to your local auto store! SCREW AMAZON!
