Great product but the gasket is basula in Spanish...i preferred the original ...... Just clean the original and sand it a little and install it with the exhaust manifold .....

Definitely fits 1.8L Corolla, and fits flawlessly. Everything lined up perfect, casting looks great and had everything needed to install. I re-used all original hardware and manifold gasket. The new one looked fine but the original gasket is a multi layered steel gasket so why not. Hour install max, grab your 10, 12 and 14mm and git r done

It's common for cast iron exhaust manifolds to crack no matter if they are oem or aftermarket. Unless you allow ample idle time for exhaust to warm up (especially in cold weather) cracks can and do occur. Quick fast driving after a cold start helps develop cracks.Cracks will allow air to be drawn in to the exhaust stream and can be seen by the O2 sensor as a lean fuel mixture which in turn will cause the vehicle's computer to add fuel when in reality the engine does not need the extra fuel.A good way to determine if the crack is large enough to cause this is to watch the upstream O2 sensor reading (on a fully warmed up engine) with a scan tool (or digital voltmeter) at idle then spray carburetor cleaner (flammable) directly at the crack. Do the same thing at approx. 2000 rpm. If O2 voltage increases each time you hit the crack with spray the manifold should be replaced. Any air drawn in to the exhaust ahead of the upstream O2 can reduce fuel mileage without setting a trouble code.The casting I received was actually beefier than the stock Toyota Corolla casting. The 4 inlet port holes and single outlet hole to the exh. pipe were also slightly larger than stock and were smoother,..so no restrictions in this manifold. It came with 4 different outlet doughnut gskts. to cover any application and a decent looking graphite gskt. at cyl. head side as well as two new manifold to pipe studs & nuts. Well worth the cost.
