One of the 3 holes around flange where exhaust pipe bolts up was cracked and broke off while attempting to tighten. I went ahead and used with the other two bolts and a pair of vise grips holding tight in place of 3rd bolt with broken off ear.

Fit to the engine block was great. My only complaint is that one of the heat shield bolt holes didn't match up. Other than that, works great so far.

Fit great comes with heat shield and bolts two plugs one for o2 sensor hole one for egr tube hole must supply own exhaust manifold bolts
