Plug only fits one way into switch, switch only fits one way into armrest ; after installing switch both mirrors move in the opposite direction - pushing right moves them left, pushing up moves them down, etc. Thought about rewiring or sending back, but it's just easier to buy another from someone else.

Horrible product. Right away I could tell it was cheaply made out of the box. When I installed the switch I needed to take it back out to do some electrical tests and it literally snapped it half! I removed it the same way I removed the stock switch and it snapped with a little bit of pull and broke off in my door and the plug fell into my door with the other broken half still plugged in. Caused a whole other problem to fix trying to get the plug out of my door. Don’t buy this if you want something that is made well and won’t break when installing or removing.

After the dealer charged me $250 to diagnosed my mirror problem without actually fixing it, I decided to take matters into my own hands and ordered this switch after a bit of research. I’m glad that I did and I’m happy to say that my power mirrors on my 2005 Ford F150 lariat are working again

It works but it’s Really cheap….not worth it buy a better one….and it “does” activate backfold mirrors…worked on mine….but feels like if I touch the switch again it will break….UPDATE……it broke the next day…do not buy…waste of money…but more like a rip off

Purchased March 19, was a painless installation, but within 2 months, it started failing. Wife and I are very different sizes, so it get frequently used, but now in May, we have to jingle this just to get any sort of movement. You can actually feel where internal contact points are not aligned (found we need to lightly push the control know down for them to connect, then while holding it in the magic spot, try to make your adjustments.)

NO lo RECOMIENDO. Exageradamente mala calidad del plástico se rompió la palanca de control al momento de colocarlo creo que vale la pena invertir más en otro control y no pagar por lo barato sale caro repito no lo recomiendo

Although the quality is not O.E.M, however the cost supercedes the necessary quality... The site states it does not fit a 2012 Lincoln MKT, I am a witness it does fit and works as its intended purpose... Fixed my no power mirrors for $10.52...

Unable to direct mirror consistently. Almost never would move mirror down. Feels cheap. Did fit well.
