I ordered thermostat and thermostat housing for same car (04 chrysler) I bought 5 different kind of Radiator cap for this housing and all 5 were leaking water and the thermostat was low temperature thermostat because the eng.light was keep turning on.

When I purchased this item, It was verified by Amazon as a replacement for my OEM part #5278203AB. Now, it'snot... . Today, I went to the Dorman web site (dormanproducts.com) to verify the product. According to that siteit should fit 2010-2001 PT Cruisers.It's quite difficult removing/ installing the radiator cap -- unlike OEM . Buy the MOPAR housing ... !I'll continue with the install and update my product findings later.April 30, 2020 - After 5 miles of use , there is coolant leaking around my new radiator cap. I'll try to determine whether the cap was damaged while trying to remove it or this flimsy thermostat housing is leaking.
