This fits the crew cab. Proportioning valve is below the master cylinder. My only issue was MC to EBCM. No flex pipes but still fits well.

Does not fit listed vehicle. Crew cab has no proportion block. Just abs module

Great quality.. installed on 04 crew cab with short bed ... if I could change on thing .. the passenger front line should be two pieces instead of a giant line .. lines bend easy i had to tweak them all for the install no problem
