Perfect fit to replace the GM light that came with my truck. Before securing it to my roof I ran a bead of silicone around the base to ensure a watertight installation. LED color matches the two outer GM marker lights. Time will tell of its longevity.

The retainers were a bit too small for the square holes and the screws were a bit too short, so the retainers didn't grab the hole edges very well. in the end, I ran a bead of sealant around the unit to keep it in place.

Bought this light to replace my leaking factory assembly. It worked fine for about 3 days until I got on the highway. The clips gave way and the light came off the cab. The wiring connection caught the light and it bounced around on top of the cab (leaving multiple scratches and dings). I pulled over and disconnected the now broken assembly and returned it. I purchased the GM assembly in its place and have had no issues since. Save yourself the hassle and potential paint repair and just buy the factory piece.

Fit was perfect and easy to install. Just be careful when removing the old light. Use a plastic putty knife to help separate it from the roof suface. Just went through the heavy So Cal rains. No leaks.
