The 2 inch size is on the small end. Maybe an OD size. My heater port is just under 2 inch and this would not even come close to sludding over it.

Worked great for the factory heater in my 63 Chevy C10. The hose is a little tight but with some twisting and a little pressure I was able to get the hose to fit nice and snug. Didn't even need a clamp it fit tight enough to seal up nicely.
