I used these brackets to piggyback a GMRS antenna to our old TV mast, which also has a PWS on top. I don't recall the pipe diameter, but it would fit most common sizes I think.

This is a basic pipe to pipe clamp at a very good price. I'm trying to install a couple of small Ham antennas, so there won't be heavy wind load on these brackets. With two of these clamps mounted about one foot apart, it's a very secure installation. Note that there's only one pair of nuts and washers per clamp, which is adequate for most situations.
