At $27 I think is a reasonable purchase. It definitely delivers in function. You can either lie on it in the open with the net beneath you or you can flip the wire supports around and have the netting over you. That really does work to keep the net way off your body and hopefully mosquitoes away. It did not come with instructions and it took me a few minutes of staring at it before I realized you have to kind of invert the wire to pop the netting above you. The zippers feel low quality but seem to be self-healing. It comes with two fairly light-weight nylon straps to attach to trees. They don’t have any kind of buckle so I just tied a knot, but it worked. The hammock material doesn’t feel particularly strong or durable. The website says max 300#. At about 170# I felt fine. Overall this seems like a fun way to relax or sleep at a campsite without worrying about bugs. Durability is questionable but the fundamental design is good and it’s affordable. Total weight is about 700 g.
