I use this one time the silicone gasket fell out. I cleaned it and dried it off after I cooked an egg omelette in it. It is virtually impossible to re-insert this rubber gasket. I contacted the seller. He got back to me, but the Amazon platform has restricted me more communication with the seller.

I love this pan! I make just about everything in it, eggs, pork chops, steaks, chicken, sausage, etc. Everything cooks very fast! It’s just a very versatile pan!

I love this thing so much. The main reason is because of quick even cooking with fabulous results. The icing on the cake is that it cuts down on stove top splatters which helps keep the stove and counter tops clean. I use it to make bacon, fried potatoes, pan fried fish and chicken and sauteed vegetables. You can even reheat cooked foods instead of putting them in the microwave to prevent the spongy/rubbery texture.

I was tired of struggling with a regular grill pan. I could never get the hang of flipping a sandwiches without the stuff falling out. This pan flipped and browned a perfect tuna melt with added tomato slices. And it is easy to clean.

I receive the pan, the box was damaged and open. When I look at pan, I saw part of plastic material on the handle was broken and somebody put broken piece inside pan. It shows it made from cheap material to reduce final cost and make more profit.
