I purchased the pro arm restraint. No instructions. 1st game the attachments came loose and I lost the hardware. I called Douglass and emailed them to purchase more hardware but they would not comp or sale just the hardware. They wanted me to purchase the pro arm restraint again. My son was very disappointed. Poor customer appreciation and service. I won't buy again.

This was a wonderful brace my son popped boys shoulder out halfway through his senior year we learned he has a torn libraium he insisted on finishing out the season. This brace helped him get through the season without a re-injuring it. He fished the season as all conference and is looking at some scholarships. He had his shoulder repaired and can't wait to play college ball.
