This was used for the bottom of my gutter down spout, it directs the water to go away from the ground to prevent the water washing out the ground be low the downspout. Great price, easy to install, vary sturdy material.

Bought this for a 4x4x4 metal building downspout and with effort we can get it on the downspout, but it will not connect to the extender. Very disappointed! Will try one more time then will have to return
