  • Troubleshooting Turbo Leaks: if you have a turbo-charged car, leaks can develop in the system. If you have any leaks in the turbo system, you will have a loss of boost pressure and a subsequent loss of power. and this turbo pressure testers kit are specially design to check turbo system leaks or cooling systems pipe, help you easy to troubleshoot turbo leak, and find the leak location
  • Fit Most Turbo Vehicle: This turbo system leakage tester kit include 4 pairs stepped stoppers, use to block up intake hose and exhaust hose. The multiple sizes allows for fitting several size hoses, they can work on 1.38''-3.54'' diameter hose, the detail size are 35, 40, 45 mm (1.38'', 1.57'', 1.77''); 50, 55, 60 mm (1.97'', 2.17'', 2.36''); 65, 70, 75 mm (2.56'', 2.76'', 2.95''); 80, 85, 90 mm (3.15'', 3.35'', 3.54'')
  • With Pressure Guage Tester: with a 0-6 bar(0-87 psi) pressure guage, it could precise measurement the pressure inside the hose, included pressure regulator, press down it means lock, when you need adjust pressure, you need pull up it and rotate. and a red manual valve to control air pressure on and off; you can pull the red excess pressure release valve to reduce air pressure if over pressurisation
  • Easy To Check Turbo System Leaks: Make stoppers plugged hose intake and exhaust , use regulator connect stoppers and air compressor, pressurize the turbo system, once pressurized you can see the guage if holding pressure and hear any leaks
  • Tips: Best to use with an air compressor with a holding tank; not over pressurization, because over pressurization can damage the components of the engine

It’s a great set of finding a vacuum leak on any type vehicle any type of engine that has an intake system

Bought this to pressure test the Intercooler and piping on my Cummins powered Ram truck. Helped me find a small hole made from a rock impact on the Intercooler.Only gripe is the plugs don’t have any ribs to help hold onto the number boots like the actual system in truck does. 3” connections would only hold about 5 psi before getting blown out, even with the clamps tightened scary tight.Regardless, 5psi is plenty of pressure to test the system.

The plugs are hard plastic creating sealing issues going into the aluminum intake pipes.

ADDENDUM: Used the 2nd to the largest "cap" on a Subaru WRX right after the MAF sensor pipe.It had no problems plugging the intake coupler and showed no signs of leaking using a smoke machine pushing 0.5psi of pressure.Satisfied with it's performance, especially cheaper than the Lisle set.I used to have a set of those Autoline Pro yellow plastic caps, but one cracked on me after only using it a handful of times - maybe 3 - 4 times. So I was looking for a more durable option for plugging mostly MAF intake tubes and turbo inlets, so they are the larger 3" - 4" I.D. sizes.I first came across the Lisle 69910 set, but this is priced around $200!I came across the BILITOOLS sets, which were half the price, but I wanted to see if I could find something cheaper...I came across the OIMERRY set - now we're talking; we're under $100 now. Then I came across this DPTOOL set, which is slightly cheaper. The BILITOOLS / OIMERRY / DPTOOL sets all come from the same factory - just stare at the pics really carefully. So you're paying extra for the name (which don't make any sense, since they are all China off-brands) and / or different color plastics...Hey, color doesn't bother me, so I just wanted the cheapest one.I don't understand why the reviews are so bad with this DPTOOLS set, versus the BILITOOLS and OIMERRY set - they are all basically the same thing.I see the bad reviews about the fittings leaking, but I expect it for the price - a little sealant / threadlocker will fix that in a jiffy. For the sub $100 price for this DPTOOL set, it's a bargain!
