It’s a great set of finding a vacuum leak on any type vehicle any type of engine that has an intake system

Bought this to pressure test the Intercooler and piping on my Cummins powered Ram truck. Helped me find a small hole made from a rock impact on the Intercooler.Only gripe is the plugs don’t have any ribs to help hold onto the number boots like the actual system in truck does. 3” connections would only hold about 5 psi before getting blown out, even with the clamps tightened scary tight.Regardless, 5psi is plenty of pressure to test the system.

The plugs are hard plastic creating sealing issues going into the aluminum intake pipes.

ADDENDUM: Used the 2nd to the largest "cap" on a Subaru WRX right after the MAF sensor pipe.It had no problems plugging the intake coupler and showed no signs of leaking using a smoke machine pushing 0.5psi of pressure.Satisfied with it's performance, especially cheaper than the Lisle set.I used to have a set of those Autoline Pro yellow plastic caps, but one cracked on me after only using it a handful of times - maybe 3 - 4 times. So I was looking for a more durable option for plugging mostly MAF intake tubes and turbo inlets, so they are the larger 3" - 4" I.D. sizes.I first came across the Lisle 69910 set, but this is priced around $200!I came across the BILITOOLS sets, which were half the price, but I wanted to see if I could find something cheaper...I came across the OIMERRY set - now we're talking; we're under $100 now. Then I came across this DPTOOL set, which is slightly cheaper. The BILITOOLS / OIMERRY / DPTOOL sets all come from the same factory - just stare at the pics really carefully. So you're paying extra for the name (which don't make any sense, since they are all China off-brands) and / or different color plastics...Hey, color doesn't bother me, so I just wanted the cheapest one.I don't understand why the reviews are so bad with this DPTOOLS set, versus the BILITOOLS and OIMERRY set - they are all basically the same thing.I see the bad reviews about the fittings leaking, but I expect it for the price - a little sealant / threadlocker will fix that in a jiffy. For the sub $100 price for this DPTOOL set, it's a bargain!
