Your cart is empty.The Dr. Brown's 15 cc First Feeder Bottle System provides infants with the benefits of the smallest feeding volume in a reliable fluid delivery system. The First Feeder has easily identifiable graduated markings from 1cc to 15 cc (Total = 1 tablespoon measurement) providing the most accurate fluid measurement of colostrum, human milk, and/or infant formula. The First Feeder is an excellent choice when selecting a bottle to offer an infant's initial oral feeding shortly after birth when direct breastfeeding is not available; initial PO trials; feeding volumes of 15 cc or less per feeding; and/or for post-operative feedings when introducing small amounts of liquid is necessary. Any level of Dr. Brown's nipples can be used with this delivery system. Reusable or disposable/BPA - Free/Not made with natural rubber latex.

The nipples however are not for preemies they're regular size.

The bottles work with my Medela and even flow pumps. They are also a realistic size for what you may pump for a newborn. Now my baby is 8 weeks- I use these to put in a small amount of breast milk for car trips. Sometimes he just needs a little “snack” when we start the trip or to tied him over until we can stop and nurse.I like that I don’t trash a large amount of liquid gold to give him a “nip”. The small size bottle is also easier to pack.I like the slow flow nipples- he does not gag on the amount of milk he gets. (Which sometimes happens at the breast.)Also the nipples wash and steam well WITHOUT A TERRIBLE SMELL. I am so glad I got these. The nipples also fit on the small Medela Bottles given to us at hospital.UPDATE- still love these. Baby is now 5 months- I just went back to work 2 weeks ago- and leave these nipples with “Grandma care” yes still premie size- they work great. And the tiny bottle are still working for a little pump after he nurses to help build up my supply.
