These clips take a bit of practice to perfect, especially in placement inside of clothes. I like using these on larger dresses and sweaters to help cinch the waist a bit, and it really helps accentuate my curves. The clips are strong and stay put on most clothing, but I would avoid or use caution when using with more delicate fabrics like satin or chiffon. Overall, I'm pleased with these clips!

These dress clips are a great idea but not very stretchy and kind of large in appearance. I tried using them on the inside of a dress instead of the outside because of their large appearance. They did cinch in the dress but I gave it three stars because I don’t feel like it really functions as expected.

This is a good value for two versatile clips. They are exactly as pictured (the product images, not the unfortunate Photo-shopped model images). The elastic has a little give but is not overly stretchy, making it easy to clip just the right amount of fabric for the amount of cinching you want. They are a little utilitarian in looks but work great for improving the shape of boxy tops or loose waisted pants/skirts. The teeth grip fabric firmly but don't damage it and don't loosen up during the day. Overall, recommended to have as a wardrobe staple.

I can't tell you how many times I've purchased elastic clips for the back of my daughter's pants to cinch them and they end up having to go clear to her sides and then the material of the pants sags. Even the ones that appear short aren't short enough.In walks these clips and they are wonderful. They truly are short but still stretchy. They work perfectly for my petite daughter. I found the clips a little stiff at first but after a few open/closes they were doable. I also think that the white and the black go with many articles of clothing. They appear to be stitched correctly and securly.

I really dislike clothing that doesn't fit properly, especially around the waist that makes my short frame look boxy.I'm still figuring out how to use these inside of clothing so they're not visible.In a completely different application, I often make clothing displays such as for selling things online or for jewelry shows. They're perfect for refining the look on the mannequin or dress form.Additionally, I'm a portrait photographer and normally to help my subjects' tops fit better I would clamp them at the back -- which is of course a bit clunky! These are far more lightweight and easier to wear in portraits to help make that outfit more flattering.

These are basic clips that do the job and go with anything. The clips hold well. Just what I expected. Recommend.

I am notorious for sizing up in tops and then using clips to help shape them so that they aren't too boxy, but also not too fitted. The cinch clips work perfectly for this purpose so that I can bring the tops or jackets in exactly where I want them to taper. This pack comes with two clips (one black and one white), so they go with anything. I really like how these clip on with plastic disks that have little teeth -- so they hold very securely to the fabric but are gentle enough to not damage the material. Without teeth, these types of clips tend to slide down or let the fabric pull out over the day, but not so with these. I am very happy with these and they work exactly as I had hoped they would.
