These cowboy hat mold is easy to apply melted chocolate to. They hardened up fast in the fridge. The hats pop out flawlessly. The cute hats turned out perfect for my Woody cupcakes from Toy story. Only wished I had red chocolate wafers to do a Jessie's hat as well. I did put a mini marshmellow in the top of the hat to add a dimension of yum and minimize the chunk of solid chocolate. Happy with my purchase and how the hats turned out.

The output is great just know you will use a lot of chocolate. The hat yields a nice thick chuck and forms very well. It also removes from the mold very easy.
