These Dr. Fish worm hooks are great quality and very sharp. There is a wire bait keeper on each hook which is attached with thick thread that has a laquer finish to it. The eyelit on each hook is closed with no gap so there is no chance of the hook sliding off the fishing line. These hooks are great for flipping soft plastic worms into thick heavy cover since they do not have a wide gap so they will not get snags as much as wider gapped hooks. I ordered the 2/0 sized hooks and plan on ordering the 3/0 size also. This is an amazing value for 30 great quality high carbon steel hooks for only $9 and I highly recommend them to all other anglers who target bass in heavy cover.

These are pretty sharp hooks and the added little metal notch on them to hold soft lures in place work very well. The tooth on the main hook portion could be a little bit larger to help ensure a good hold, but so long as there's any decent tension they seem to hold fine. They're great for either jigs or live worms.
