With a thicker than stock triple drilled flange, the bolts are just barely long enough, and do not fully engage the lock part of the nut. They loosened up after 50 miles. Retorque and they have been tight since. But it still has me concerned and I constantly check them on the trail.

I bought this for my 2006 Tacoma Pre-Runner to fill the space, but the holes do not match. Reason i choose this because it say quad drilled to 4 popular toyota.
