How did you come up with the idea for this product?
DryZzz is a women-owned company founded and operated by two sisters and Moms in Miami, Florida - Linda Schwitalla Villena and Susan Schwitalla Culmo. Linda’s daughter had a 5th grade invention convention at school and needed an idea that solves an everyday problem. It was late and Julia had wet hair from her shower. As she placed a towel on her pillow, Linda had the idea… and the DryZzz Pillowcase was born.
We donate a portion of proceeds to Sofia’s Hope Inc. to fund pediatric cancer research. In memory of our family friend’s daughter, Sofia Blanco.
What makes your product special?
We invented DryZzz because we saw the need for a versatile pillow cover that offers the absorbent and waterproof qualities of a pillow protector, as well as the function of an everyday pillowcase. Our two-in-one, patented pillowcase helps remedy night time problems that so many people struggle with - sleeping with wet hair, sweating or having hot flashes at night, open-mouth sleeping and drooling, and much more. We believe our product helps improve overall sleep quality by keeping you and your pillow dry and more comfortable. The DryZzz Pillowcase also extends the life of your pillow by keeping it free from stains and odors caused by moisture. All of these functional features are complemented by high quality fabrics in stylish colors that are designed to look aesthetically pleasing on your bed.
What has been the best part of your experience?
The process of bringing an idea to fruition as a marketed and manufactured product has been challenging, with steep learning curves all along the way. But, knowing that our success means more donations to Sofia's Hope, and that our customers all around the world are sleeping more comfortably, makes our hard work worthwhile.

I have purchased several DryZzz. I’m ordering again because my old agitator washing machine finally wore out some of the seams on my previous ones, which despite regular rough treatment by that washer lasted multiple years of daily use and still looked relatively new. The quality of material and stitching is excellent. They truly are a great value for the money when you consider all their benefits. They allow you to go to bed with wet hair while preventing your sheets and pillows from mildewing. Not only that, but the material is really super comfortable. The fabric is very soft and feels comparable to a plush luxury towel. It also doesn’t make any noise unlike some other waterproof pillow covers I tried before finding DryZzz. All this means I get a great night’s sleep and wake up with well defined curls, effortlessly. I recommend DryZzz to all my friends with curly or wavy hair, as well as folks who tend to drool in their sleep. The fact that a portion of the proceeds from every sale goes to fund childhood cancer research is a great bonus. Not every company cares enough to give back. It’s a pleasure to support companies like DryZzz that do. I got an email from the company after my most recent order announcing that new colors and Double DryZzz, a product with the absorbent material on both sides, are coming soon. I’m especially excited for the Double DryZzz. Oh, and the post office mistakenly returned my latest order to the company instead of delivering it to me. I heard from customer service and they took care of the problem immediately - absolutely top notch customer service.

Love these. I live by showers at night and my pillows kept getting yellow or moldy yuck!These pillowcases are a lifesaver! They do what they say they do. They work! Perfect for wet hair at night.

This is a nice idea and pillow case however the absorbent side also collects anything and everything and will not let it go! Fuzz, fur, hair, dirt etc Washed it, tried to comb it out, used a lint roller and nothing worked. Its ruined now.

Nice to not wake up with wet hair and wet pillowcase!! I do think it's priced all high but it works and I'm grateful. paid for Kingsize but it doesn't fully fit

This company is absolutely amazing and the pillowcase is genius! First off, they have the best customer service. There was a problem with my order so I reached out to them. They responded to my email quickly and resolved the problem. Very friendly people to work with.Second, the pillowcase is hands down, the best I have ever used! I always take night showers and go to bed with wet hair. I've used a towel over my old pillowcases for years and I always wake up with a damp pillow and the towel on the bed. With this pillowcase, I don't have that problem! The microfiber side absorbs the moisture from my hair and the other side is a nice soft satin for those nights I don't go to bed with wet hair. I will never go back to a normal pillowcase again!I never write product reviews, but I just had to with this product. It was that good!Basically, BUY THIS PILLOWCASE!!!!

I love this product. I dye my hair often and prefer to shower at night, so all my pillows are multi colored from bleeding. This is such a nice way to go to bed with damp hair without ruining my pillows. Then when the towel part gets stained with dye, I can hide that part when making the bed. Highly recommend! Much more comfortable than sleeping in a hair towel. The companies customer service is also so nice and responsive. Cannot say enough good things about this cool product.
