The size guide suggest M for 58-61 inch. My head measures 58.5 cm and it doesn't even fit to half way.MRP of this product is written on the label is 1329, they sold me at 1429.

Size guide was very wrong. As per the guide, small size should be fitting on my head but I still ordered medium size which also is smaller for my head. Quality wise it was a decent basic helmet nothing too fancy.
