A long time ago I bought a hammock - one that can double as a double bed - and part of my dream for this would be to set it up in my balcony.Setting it up was a challenge - one of the pieces was slightly hit, so fitting it... was a surprise actually, achieved only when I applied my full body weight on it. I guess if not for the slight, but almost critical damage, setting it up shouldn't be too difficult. Once set up, the result is very sturdy - just make sure to keep a few wrenches around to really tighten the provided screws.First, make sure to doublecheck the dimensions before ordering. I didn't, and it is bigger than I thought it would be - but still working for me. Thanks to the multiple ways to hang the hammock, even my giant one can be mounted nicely.Make sure though that it is enough above ground, as hammocks will stretch down once you are on them :)I am really happy with it, and even happier that I can get it inside if I feel like it. One star deducted for the damage I had in the product - possibly an issue with quality control, as the package didn't look like it was damaged.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this heavy-duty hammock stand was to put together. It took just about 10 minutes with two people (honestly, I could have done it myself!), and everything snapped into place without needing any special tools.The frame feels super solid and well-made. My husband and I were able to swing gently on it together, and it held us with no problem at all—we’re both average size, and the stand didn’t wobble or feel unstable. You can tell it's built to last, with a nice powder-coated finish that should hold up well outdoors.Just a heads-up: this doesn’t come with a hammock, so you’ll need to buy that separately. But the stand is adjustable and fits a wide range of hammock sizes, so finding one that works shouldn’t be a problem.Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. Whether you want to set it up indoors or enjoy it outside on the patio or in the backyard, it’s a great addition for relaxing solo or with someone you love. Highly recommend!

I was amazed at the diameter of the poles for this hammock stand. They are very stout and the diameter is larger than my old stand. Assembly is very easy and you will need a wrench to tighten the wing nuts. Hand tightening was not as tight as I wanted. Unlike other stands this one should fit practically any hammock out there because you have three different hanging options. You can also easily disassemble it and fit it in your car or put it in storage for the winter.

This is a solid and sturdy hammock stand. I like the flexibility in the design that allows for different hammock hanging/attachment options. It came with two chains, two S hooks, and two other hooks that bolt onto the lower cross members where you can tie rope hangers like in my picture.Be sure you're aware of your hammock size.Pro tip: also make sure you know how much your hammock will stretch or sag while in use. It can be a big difference and a hammock that looks two feet off the ground can end up on it when you hop in.

I usually don't give 5 stars for imperfect, but today is one of the days I do.Some of the pipes were scratched up. Washers for the hooks are missing.But easy to put together, heavy duty, simple design and high value make this a winner.
