The tube was a good value but even though the package was marked 1 ½ inch I’d the tubing was not as described I had to heat and stretch the tube to fit the 1 ½ inch fittings it was purchased for. Very pliable when heated so you can train it to lay flat or flatter than right off the rool

I used this to split with a knife and run electrical cords through. It worked great for this purpose. It does need time to lay flat before use because it wants to coil back up again.

I bought the 3/4" x 10 feet tubing. It was for a kind of oddball project. It was for someone suffering from headaches who experienced relief when breathing air from outside. The thought was this tube could hang out the window and they could just inhale through the tube when they needed itUnfortunately, this tube did not work for that purpose. The reason is because it is extremely stinky. Even after storing this for many months, the smell is still very strong and did not go away. It smells toxic, like plastic. I definitely would not want to be breathing it in as I'm sure it would probably be bad for you to do that. So unfortunately, we couldn't use it. If you're using it for a different means, you might not care about the smell.Otherwise, it seems like a good quality tube.

It's.. tubing. 3/4" ID PVC tubing. It's sturdy, kink resistant, and cuts easily enough with a tube cutter. I used this tube for a drain hose on my portable AC unit. Now, on humid days, the air conditioner will drain excess water from the condensation tank. Some summer days are far too humid and will cause the AC unit to shut down to prevent leaking. This way, you can either drain it to a bucket, pump it outside, take that excess water wherever you like and keep your AC unit operating optimally. Especially needed if you run a dehumidifier. Make sure you measure the inside of your unit's screwcap to get the proper measurement.

I needed tubing to drain the oil in my riding mower. I tried vinyl tubing from an auto parts store. Exposure to motor oil caused it to harden.I bought this roll so I could cut new pieces as needed. After a year, the first piece is still like new. It must be more chemically resistant than the other stuff. (I wasn't aware that "vinyl" usually means PVC, and additives make a big difference.)My ancient garage door was designed with a pulley, a manila rope, and a 20-pound weight. I replaced the worn-out manila rope with parachute cord rated at 550 pounds. Somehow, things didn't feel right when I raised and lowered the door.Eventually, the cord broke. I saw that It had frayed against the rusty surface of the pulley. I put tubing over the last six feet of cord, and now it works smoothly.A little nylon cord can sometimes outperform a much bigger manila rope. This tubing can protect a cord at trouble spots.

I'm actually quite impressed. I expected cheap, medium quality, but it is high quality, consistent, nice clear flexible PVC. It is made in China but does not have any bad smell like some cheap tubing I've had before. I purchased the 1/2" ID x 10' (1/16" wall thickness), and the ID appears to be exactly 1/2" (best as I can measure) and it fits perfectly on a brass barb fitting made for 1/2" ID tubing, slides on fairly easily by hand yet holds well (the barb I measured at 0.52" OD), but can also be removed by hand with moderate twisting. The wall thickness was a perfectly consistent 1/16" (measure with digital calipers). The length measured 10' 1-1/4", so a bit extra, which is nice.I find this tubing better quality and fit than the thin wall tubing I've recently purchased from the big box store and another tire store, definitely recommended.

used this to flush my heater core for the winter, fit like a charm on a old daily beater driver 1994 Toyota Camry v6 le, now i have heat, do yourself a favor and buy the Lisle 60900 Heater Core Backflush Tool gun, you just attach it to your hose and plug it to either end of the tubing to forward and backflush your core, and you can use it for other coolant flushing, great combo!

Was more or less what I expected, shipped in a long box so didn’t have the unfortunate experience of the other reviewer who received it kinked. Returned it as I wasn’t sure what diameter I needed for the job and also ordered the next size down. The smaller size was what I needed. It’s true that it’s not super-flexible, it’s clear PVC, and thick-walled, so not very rubbery, you can fairly easily squish it flatter or rounder, but it will kink if you try to bend it round sharp corners. Hope this helps!

I bought this hose to use on a gravity feed system for my indoor garden. It connects to a 40 gallon nutrient mixing tank using a 3/4" barbed connector on the tank and a barbed ball valve on the dispensing end. I was a little concerned it would be too stiff to make it easy to uncoil and move from pot to pot due to the wall thickness of the hose. You can also get it with a smaller OD making the wall thickness less, but I was concerned it would kink easier if I went that route. So based on some feedback from another purchaser regarding my intended use I decided to give it a try. I did soak it in some real hot water which did soften it a bit, but only for a short time. Ends up it works fine anyway. The bend radius and wall thickness is such that it does not kink at all and uncoils and coils back up easily for storage between waterings - and I feed my plants three times a day. Being gravity feed and not under any real pressure I did not clamp it to the barbed fittings and they do not leak at all and are firmly attached. I do have a heavy duty shut off valve at the tank end so I am not relying on the ball valve.I can definitely recommend this hose for anyone using it for a similar purpose.
