I sent these back because they were just to big. Sent back in new condition. Tag intact. They received them on October 10th. For some reason I’m STILL waiting on my refund. It’s now October 21st. I’ll update when and if I ever get a refund. Be careful buying from here !!UPDATE. GOT MY REFUND TODAY. OCTOBER 22.These boots cost more than a lot of Ariates. , etc. They were very nice boots. But they do run big. I’d buy a size smaller thsn normal. But I hate to suggest that when it could have just been my pair. And the rest fit as they should. Anyway d as lol is f do one. I’m probably gonna order the same boot. Just one size d AC mallet. I have several way more expensive boots. The reason I like these Durango boots are the heel. And TVEIR very light. But built very well. Bumping it up a few stars.

I needed some new boots, and after looking around, I settled on these. They look great, fit well, and are comfortable. As is typical in such boots, there's not much in the way of arch support, so I got some hard orthotics to put in. That made these boots my new favorites.

These boots seem to run about a size too big I have a size 14.5 foot but size 15 boot was at least a size too big. EE width didn't seem particularly wide though. There seemed to be more volume in the boot than anything else. The boot itself was comfortable and seemed well made but was too big so I had to send it back

Appearance. They look great. The "lowers" on mine were darker brown than the vertical "shaft" part which was exactly the color shown in the picture. I don't mind the differential. No one will likely see the shaft color anyway.Fit: Incredible. They feel broken in the minute you put them on. The shaft is very thin and not entirely leather. It has an outer leather "skin" but the inside is a synthetic material of some kind. Together they are probably no more than 2-3 16ths of an inch thick. That's partly why these boots feel so good right away. It truly is like putting on a pair of "tennis shoes". The bottoms are also a bit thin by feel which is another factor for comfort. There is no breaking in required because there is absolutely no stiffness to these boots. None. So the pluses from an initial impression are looks (they look great) and the incredibly comfortable feel right out of the box. I have to admit the synthetic soles don't really sound like "boots" when you're walking on a hard surface. No sound at all.Are there negatives? Perhaps. First don't expect these boots to protect you from a sprained ankle. You step in a gofer hole and you're going to feel it. These boots simply aren't rigid enough to offer much ankle support. Again, kinda like wearing the OLD Converse high top shoes. Second, are these things going to last? For casual wear perhaps. I intend to work in these boots. I'll be surprised if they hold up for a year or more, but hey, others say they've worn 'em for years so maybe I'm in for a pleasant surprise. I'm going to keep them. They weren't that expensive. If they don't hold up, I'll have learned my lesson but won't have lost that much in dollars. If you need ankle support and intend to really work hard in your boots, these might not be the best option ??
