This allows you to reduce the amount that you bend down to access to the parts in your storage drawers. I ordered this and a 5 drawer unit. The five drawer unit arrived damaged but this stand arrived in perfect shape. It assembled easily and is plenty sturdy enough. I would buy it again if I needed to get another drawer unit. Perfect height and strength, no regrets.

Like myriad other stands I've assembled in my life, the legs on this one are made out of lengths of heavy gauge sheet steel. The sheet steel is normally folded at a 90-degree angle to form an L-shaped support leg. Unfortunately, each of the four legs on this stand was folded at a random different angle. None came close to being a 90-degree angle. The closest was about 97 degrees. The worst was almost 120 degrees wide. Because of these improper folds, the legs were already flexing somewhat when I put two Durham cabinets on top of the stand. Mind you, this was without anything in the cabinets. So, I had to waste more time disassembling this stand to fix it. I will now have to put the legs in a vice to try to bend them closer to 90 degrees. Frankly, I'm not sure how I'm going to do that without damaging the nice finish on the legs. I don't own any sheet metal folding tools, so this is going to be a pain. I just wanted to pop on here and warn others about the apparent quality control issue. These would be 5-star stands if they took the time to actually fold the legs properly. Whoever made mine didn't care much about doing their job right. I hope you fare better than I did.
