We installed a new walk in shower that has very little threshold, needed something to keep water in because we wanted to use a curtain instead of glass enclosure.

It came rolled up in a circle in a small box the adhesive cover was off and it was stuck to the cardboard ruining the adhesive making the product a thing that I had to send back

This barrier is great. It's well made of sturdy material, and it's super easy to install, which is a big reason I like it so much. There's no mess or fuss to getting it installed where you want it. And it works. It keeps the water from getting past, and it stays put. I was worried about how well it would stick after water came up against it a few times, but mine is holding steady. With that in mind, I'd have to say this barrier is very good value for the money.

Did not expect it to arrive rolled up, but it worked out very well. We have a walk in shower with no real edge to hold the water in, and the curtains were just not curtaining, and this helped a ton! Easy install, sticks very well (I didn’t use the packets it came with bc I didn’t have gloves and they read harmful to skin touch) and I was off like a quarter inch measuring before cutting, BUT I just cut that missing section from the leftovers and plugged it up nicely! Cuts well with a standard blade. No regrets, buy it!

I was very pleased when I received the Duzzy 3.5" Shower Threshold Water Dam. It exceeded my expectations. It's made of "very stable, high-quality soft rubber material, widely used in aviation and medical materials." It's heavier, thicker, and more pliable than I'd expected. I hadn't paid full attention to the complete description and measurements, as I'm wont to do, and had mostly relied on the pictures on this page.I'm using this differently than probably most, if not all, buyers will do. I've measured, cut 3" off, and removed all of the double-sided sticky tape from the bottom of the 39" dam I received. I also plugged both ends with silicon. I'm using this as a 'temporary' dam, meaning that we'll use it when we shower and stash it when we're not.I've used it once as a test, and it's working as I wished. Thumbs-up for a quality product!

My hot water tank has leaked twice over my lifetime and am tired of the water spilling everywhere, so I am surrounding it with this and water sensors. The adhesive is good to place it down, but on the concrete floor, I will likely caulk around it too.It appears to be a good solution along with other measures, like maybe some of those water absorbing socks as well.
