Lost the end from the piercing, the piercing came out while i was sleeping, thought I was going to have problems getting the jewlery back in. The threaded ends are too short.

These work great! Great quality. They are all more ball-like diamonds and not "flat" behind the diamond. For example, I have put them on my nipple rings and they work perfect, but it wouldn't lay flesh with my face for my dermal if I ever lost it. And that is what I originally bought them for was because mine is always come unscrewed for whatever reason.

Couldn’t get any of them to screw in. Would of been nice if they would of worked asmazing variety of different sizes. Maybe I just got a bad batch :(I had the microdermal for 10+ years and have never had an issue before with 14g

I loose my dermal tops alot and like to keep my jewelry fairly simple, these are perfect! The size options of the rhinestone are great. I don't find any too big or too small and can use all of them. They dont stick out alot, and I love the slight iridescent color!
