I'm new to snake bites jewelry, but these are super comfortable. The balls are a bit difficult to twist on with long nails, but they stay on rather well.

The balls are hard to get off initially but stay on well while wearing so I can live with that. They're comfortable to wear and seem well made. They fit for me and I have larger lips.
