I really wanted to love this product, but I have had nothing but trouble with it. I bought it a few months ago after reading so many positive reviews, but as soon as it arrived as was surprised at how cheaply it was made. The amount of times it has become jammed or the letters have misaligned or the tape didn't feed through is frustrating and not worth the $39 I paid for it. I've had to chuck it out.Given the price, I would have expected way better quality, but it looks and feels like cheap plastic and the blade is blunt. Wouldn't recommend.

Love this retro embossing labeller, however for such a reputable brand it does feel cheaply made, especially when 1) compared to another digital labeller I have by Dymo, and 2) compared to an old school version of these that my parents used to own. There are other (cheaper) versions that I was tempted to buy, but the reviews of those were that they were cheaply made - so I can only imagine how weak they must be!They definitely don't make them like they used to. I hope this one outlasts the 3 rolls of tape that it came with.

I had a lot of various label printers and the tapes are garbage they do not last. Embossing is the only way to go for my needs' Once you apply it it stays until you decide to move it. So simple you do not need a degree to use it

Flimsy plastic garbage that is inconsistent at best. The cutter tries to sheer an "Easy tear" line but ends up just jamming some of the tape inside the mechanism.Some letters come out inconsistently. Barely lasted half a role of tape before I had to pull it apart.Absolute trash.
