Nice little gun. Sprays well and forgiving. Bought mine almost a year ago and just used it 3 times. Trigger stopped working, so now it’s useless. I was very deliberate in cleaning so that’s not the issue. I’ll try to contact manufacturer but not counting on a response

I purchased the sprayer to aid in painting skulls for European mounts. The sprayer is easy to use and paints well. You can not use a thinner with the base primer or metal paint, so I had to take the filter out. Paint and primer would not pass through the filter easily. No problems once the filter was removed. Easy to clean up.

The air pressure guage was leaking badly. Removed the guage but then the connection to the air line was leaking badly. Tried teflon tape, then joint compound, still gushing. Will have to epoxy this. A new item shouldn't need so many repairs. Terrible quality.

I bought 3 of these. I sprayed flake, base, and clear throught them today 062121 to test.1. If using mini pps cups, you need # 21 adapter.2. The fan adjustment knob screw will need red locktite.3. Something I havent seen in other guns... the needle adjustment spring has a plunger, so the spring cant grab the knob and slowly rotate it as you work the trigger(nice!)4. Nice and light weight.5. Sprays HyperSilver nice, even with the 1.0 needle, due too the fine pressure and volume adjustment.6. I did not use the included regulators,I spray most wheels at 35psi, and run a inline drier.Something, I will mention... I got a hot spot on my hand, and found the sprayer body, has a casting line. A quick scuff with some 180grit took off the raised edge and felt much better.I paint for a living. These spray just as nice as the Sata minijet. (Super surprised!)We will see how they last in full commercial use.

I'm not a spray gun expert or connoisseur but I've been using spray guns to paint guitar stuff. I brought this little gun to paint a burst on my latest project. I was not disappointed. Check the picture out. Applying a burst paint job is difficult. This spray gun made it easier with its small size and light weight. It is nice and accurate.

just throw away the regulator and use the air adjustment at the bottom of the gun in addition to the one on the compressorThe gun is fantastic and just what I needed for touchups and spraying frace frames and single cabinet doorsReally easy and quick to clean. Wish I bought it long ago

I used this to apply some DuraCoat (a two-part metal surface coating treatment) on some relatively small items (max 4"x 20" - in other words, I wasn't trying to spray a vehicle or refrigerator or something very large). This spray gun performed extremely well for my needs, running on a relatively small portable air compressor. The spray gun runs at low enough pressure that the compressor power up very infrequently, which meant that air flow was very even - a big help getting even coverage. It also cleaned up very easily. I'd rate this an excellent performer for small jobs, and an outstanding value.

I've gotten as far as blowing solvent through it (initial cleaning), so this isn't exactly the most thorough review, but I do have so feedback so far..Spray.. seems to throw an even pattern.Regulator.. I expected precision control over air pressure. Instead found that the regulator is very imprecise. To go from the 30lb to 40lb range you probably want to be in.. that corresponds to maybe 30 degrees.. that's the distance an hour-arm on a clock moves in one hour. Interestingly, it seems like pressure outside of that range moves with more precision (.. it requres more travel on the knob to move x lbs.). it seems like the range i care about is the most sensitive.And.. the big one..Quality/Reliability. When I went to tighten the included regulator.. I didn't make any attempt to hold the nipple on the spray gun in place (my bad..) but it led me to a discovery..The handle appears to be a glass-composite (fiberglass reinforced ABS?). the air connection on the gun is threaded into the reinforced plastic handle.. there isn't a metal insert in it.. the air line threads directly into the plastic/resin handle. When I tightened the regulator into the nipple (which is connected into the handle), the connector in the handle slipped. When I inspected, it looked like the metal high-pressure air connector had been cross-threaded into the handle and the manufacture realized this and put some sort of glue in to pass this defective model off.The gun is cheap though, so I just cleaned out the threads, put some 5-min epoxy on them.. and rethreaded the nipple into the handle.I'm hoping it'll hold. It's a cheap sprayer though so if it doesn't.. oh well. I need a sprayer now and it's working and it was cheap.Overall.. Quality.. not as good as it first appears.Performance.. so far, seems to work surprisingly well. This isn't a high-quality sprayer. But,.. I think it works well (after some setup work) considering the cost.EDIT: Since original review, I sprayed a guitar body with Dupli-Color auto primer. It laid down the thin primer smooth and evenly with no dripping issues. Sprayer does a good job at aerosolizing the paint. The repair to the compressed air nipple (epoxy on handle threads) held up fine. The glow-in-dark pink I intended to spray as the top-coat turned out to be far grittier than I expected so I didn't try to spray it. I haven't run paint through it yet but I expect it will handle it well given the performance with the primer.

I'm an old timer used to spraying solvent paints/clears & trying to switch to water based paints and clears! I have had trouble with my bigger gravity fed gun getting a finish free of bubbles spraying water based clears! I bought this since my projects are small and need to get into tight spaces plus hoping the 1.0 tip would help atomize the material better & it did! Nice finish from this gun spraying General Finishes water based clear & I just hope I can get parts for it as I will be using it often!
