I bought two of these heads based on other reviews that shared how much their kids throwing and catching improved due to the consistency of the head.We've been using this for about two weeks now and I noticed improvement with my 7 year old daughter's catching and shooting. The only draw back is the difficulty with cradling the ball when switching to a high cradle to a down low cradle on the dodge. Will probably need to increase skill using this head compared to the old mesh pocket we were using on her women's stick that worked like a suction cup on the ball.

At first this looked like a quality head from brine, but after using it for 3 games the top of it cracked during a game. We know it wasn't stepped on, so not sure how it happen. My daughter also had trouble with catching and keeping the ball in the head.

This is a great defensive lax head. Super durable and lightweight. My daughter has used this for 3 seasons now and still in excellent condition!

Brine's advertisement said that this lacrosse head would be ready for immediate use, but my disagrees. She said that the integrated mesh is too stiff which makes it difficult to cradle the ball. I'm glad that my daughter has a backup lacrosse stick with traditional laces. She'll continue to use this head for another two weeks to see if it might improve over time. I highly recommend you consider buying a lacrosse head with traditional strings as it apparently provides more control and they are replaceable. It looks like you must replace the whole head if you break this integrated mesh pocket.

i got this product just to try out and expirament with. Im currently in college playing lacrosse so it was fun just to try. the head is pretty good. after you get used to it and create a pocket it works amazing. it however does take a while to get used to but all together its a pretty dope stick head.
