I replaced the E12 candlestick bulbs in the bedroom and hallway with this bulb and it really elevated the mood of the whole room. The light is soft but bright enough, and the color rendering is good, and the metallic color of the fixture appears more textured under the light. The glass shell design is exquisite, and it is very suitable for use with chandeliers, wall lamps or restaurant lights, buy 12 at a time, and keep a few for backup after replacement, which is very cost-effective!

The bulbs arrived in a card board box, with plastic packaging containing three bulbs each. I used them for my chandelier and it illuminated the space well. The price was very reasonable for LED bulbs.

We upgraded our front exterior lights with four lamps that each required three bulbs, not included. Enough detail was provided to order the bulbs separately. All 12 bulbs worked flawlessly. They were a great value and effectively lit up the new lamps.

I recently bought these bulbs as a substitute for a very similar but MUCH more expensivebulb that came in an overhead lighting fixture that I installed in my home about a year ago.These were a fraction of the cost of the brand of bulb that came with the original fixture.Upon their arrival I compared them to the original bulb and found I couldn’t tell any difference.I installed one of these bulbs with two of the original bulbs and it matched them perfectly in allparticulars and light output.I could not be happier; this light bulb is a “KEEPER”.

They're certainly bright! I bought them for our porch lanterns to replace the remaining incandescent bulbs. They do the job, but my wife says they look like headlights in the driveway, so I''m replacing them with some 2700k bulbs. Bulbs work fine--you just have to decide whether you want daylight color.

We have installed these in our upstairs hallway lighting fixtures and I have to say that they are much brighter than I was expecting. To the point where two bulbs per fixture is just too bright. Perhaps if they were "warm white" instead of "soft white" they would be more tolerable, but honestly, they are too much. Especially at night. I am still giving them 4 stars because the build is very good and the price is also very reasonable (specialty LED bulbs can get quite expensive). Keep in mind these are NOT dimmable, so even if you have a dimmer, they won't work. I would say the best use for these would be in an entryway, or foyer where you want to be able to see as well as possible. They are not meant for ambiance, at least not from what I can tell. Anyway, be aware, the 40W rating is definitely a bit low. These act more like 60-75W bulbs. Still a nice product at a decent price.
