The biggest reason I have exclusively used this shampoo since my now 6 year old Maltese was a puppy?? It’s ingredients and tearless formula. It’s gentle on his skin, smells great. Being all white and a dog who rolls in everything (including possum poop) it’s a god send to bring him back to white and shiny

i have used this on both my greyhounds and havanese since we got our havanese as a puppy. it works great, scent stays, not to overwhelming, lathers well, amazing price, it's one of the best dog products i've ever found.

I have been using this same shampoo on my dogs for over 15 years. I love the fragrance, and it cleans my dogs' hair well. I especially like the no tears. I even use the shampoo occasionally to cleanse my own eye lashes when I get a clogged hair follicle. This is the first time I purchased it through Amazon.

She's not a puppy anymore, but we still use Earthbath Puppy Shampoo on her. We tired other brands and always come back to this. Smells good, works great and is gentle on her sensitive skin.

This is a really great shampoo. I dilute it in a cup of water and pour to get a good lather. We use it on our puppy and adult dog as he has sensitive skin. I can even wash their faces and they don’t seem to mind with this.

This review addresses some issues raised in other reviews:Tear free reviews/questions: Before I used this on my puppy I tried it on myself. I didn't dump it in my eyes, but I lathered up my hands and let it get around and into my eyes as it would during a bath. It is a little uncomfortable, but did not hurt and rinsed out easily. I'd say it's fine to use on the dog's face.Scent: I hate perfumey smells and can get headaches from them. This smells great--kind of like cherry soda. The smell doesn't last long on the dog (don't know if that's a plus or a minus for people, but just mentioning it).Shipping: it leaked and was not packaged well. I could smell it before I even opened the envelope (yep--just shipped loose in a plastic bag in a bubble mailer). Could have been a huge mess.

I have a very adventurous but somewhat clumsy Golden Retriever puppy who never fails to locate and dive head-first into the nearest mud puddle. While I make every attempt to wash her only when necessary, having a white puppy in Scotland make it more necessary than you'd wish!This shampoo is gentle on her skin, does a great job of cleaning out the muck, and leaves a scent that I enjoy snuggling up to. Her coat feels exceptionally soft and shiny and even the vet commented on the great condition of her skin after I mentioned I'd already had to bathe her twice a week. This is definitely a product I would recommend.
