I was willing to pay a bit more for this adjustable club because it came with a little bit thicker handle, to that is good. Without gloves or the special tape they’ve provided (not in the images they show) the handled is etched in a way that would really tear up your hands.I love the fact that it is adjustable and change the segments according to which exercise I’m doing, so that’s great too. But there is a problem with that. I’ve only had the club a few weeks now and the “stainless steel” coating is beginning to flake off leaving little shiny bits wherever I set it down. Are these bit dangerous? Can they get in my eyes, or my dogs? Could they accidently be inhaled? I don’t know. But I now have to vacuum every time I use the clubs. The product would have been really great had they not made it shiny and just given it a nice black coating like other clubs.

This is a pretty sweet work out bay. It’s very well put together and it is very heavy. Great way to work out my arms and my core. Can’t wait to get a heavier one! Worth the price!! Just don’t hit yourself with it. Don’t ask me how I know.

I ordered this Indian Club 6 in 1 Adjustable Weighted Steel Club as an interesting addition to my normal free weights. As pictured, it is like a heavy baseball bat. The adjustable design is perfect for beginning a new weighted exercise while working your way up to heavier weights. I found that each portion was easy to screw on or off while also staying secure during workouts. The grip has a classic rough textured grip and also comes with a roll of leathery band to wrap around the textured area if preferred. As this is a new piece of workout/weight equipment that is not commonly seen, I do wish that this had included a manual with a good set of safe and effective introductory workouts. That being said, there are many resources on the internet that can be helpful to a beginner.

This weighted club for a full body workout is a well made piece of kit. It's a super shiny and smooth stainless steel that has a great weight to it, and adjustabiloty up to 17.5 lbs. Each piece fits well into the other and attaches just by threading on. Surprisingly they stay pretty well together, even when moving the club about. This makes for an excellent workout that can be adjusted as you progress. My one hangup is the grip. It's very heavily knurled. Like to the point where just holding it was digging into my skin. I couldn't imagine swinging this around without gloves. Thankfully they included two seperate rolls of grip tape to place over the handle. This effectively stops the grip from digging into your hand, and adds some texture as well. I'm glad they recognized this issue. Overall it's a bit on the expensive side, but for the quality of the item, it's a decent price. I don't know much about other similar items to compare, however. I would add that some sort of carry case would be a huge addition. The three additional weights have no home if not used on the club, and can get scratched or lost. It would be nice to have something with smaller protected pockets for them, so that they maintain their flawless shiny appearance. At the moment, im stuck keeping it in the shipping box, since it has styrofoam cutouts for the them. Otherwise a great item!

Well-made adjustable steel clubbell that is particularly useful for specialized or functional shoulder, grip and core training. It's one of my favorite tools for shoulder prehab work. The clubbell has four pieces: an aggressively-knurled 31.3mm diameter handle (tape is included to put over the handle if you find the knurling shreds your hands) that weighs 3 kg (6.6 lbs.), one 1 kg (2.2 lbs.) and two 2 kg (4.4 lb.) screw-on extension weights with large 57mm diameters and a smooth surface. Once you correctly seat the extensions, they screw in very easily, smoothly and securely. The ability to adjust the weight without having to buy (and store) additional clubbells is nice and is similar to the idea of adjustable dumbbells and kettlebells.I use this, in addition to my non-adjustable clubbells, maces, kettlebells and medicine balls, because it provides a different grip size and orientation, a different (linear) weight distribution, and different density. This allows me to work muscles, especially my rotator cuff muscles, differently (and in some cases more effectively) than with other weights. I particularly like the thick 31.3mm handle, which is thicker than on a typical barbells or dumbbells and provides a good grip that challenges your grip muscles. I found the knurling too aggressive even with fingerless gloves (since my fingertips still come in contact with the agressive knurling) so I will probably (and reluctantly) tape the handle with the included tape. (I would have preferred gentler knurling.) You can also use the extensions as stand-alone weights with a very thick 57mm diameter grip (over 2") to give your forearms a good workout.I would recommend watching some YouTube videos to see the standard clubbell moves. I use them mainly for three movements: swings from waist height to behind my back (which I haven't figured out how to do effectively with any other equipment), rotations (trunk or just arms with the trunk resisting rotation at the end of the movement), and reverse wood chops. I was doing the last two moves with medicine balls but find that the narrower grip and higher density of the clubbell work my muscles differently and give greater range of motion behind my back. Keep in mind that I'm not a certified trainer or clubbell expert and could be wrong about this, but these suggestions might give you some ideas about what you can do with these clubbells and whether they are likely to fit into your strength-training regime.

So this a soild set of weights, and different weights make it easy b to adjust to your needs. It feels good and balanced. However. I noticed each of the weights had rust in them with where you connect the others.... for the price you are paying it's a little too much to for me in endorse.
